Sclerotherapy is a common method for the treatment of spider veins in the lower parts of the body, such as legs and ankles.
HOW SCLEROTHERAPY WORKS
Sclerotherapy is a quick, non-surgical procedure that involves injecting a solution directly into the vein with a very fine needle. The solution causes the vein to collapse and seal off the blood vessel, preventing further blood flow through the damaged vein. Sclerotherapy involves minimal discomfort and clients are able to walk immediately after the procedure.
